FAQ

What is your payment policy?

 

We accept all major credit  and debit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon completion of your order at check-out. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Anom Asil Boutique, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

How do I track my order?

We process your order as quickly as possible to ensure that you receive it within the specified delivery time. You will receive an email once your order is ready to ship with your tracking number.  If your order doesn't arrive within that timeframe, contact us.

What is your returns policy?

 

Anom Asil™ will accept, for exchange or store credit, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. You have 7 calendar days from delivery of merchandise to notify us. 

How do I return an item?

 

Once your return has been approved you will receive an email to return your item(s). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. 

Shipping Policy?

 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipping is 3 to 5 days to receive merchandise. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS.
